An ongoing plan is regular help with clear allowances, paid as fixed fortnightly payments. A one-off is a single, clearly defined job for one price. The AI Visibility Check is a good starting point: move to Stay Visible within 30 days and we’ll take $349 off your first fortnight.

Ongoing plans have no lock-in: cancel any time with 14 days’ notice. Website Care has a 12-month minimum term, then it’s month to month and you can cancel any time with 14 days’ notice. If you leave before 12 months, the remaining months of the minimum term are payable. Sending an enquiry isn’t an order; we confirm the details with you before any work begins.

Ongoing plans are paid as fixed fortnightly payments: billed every 14 days, which is 26 payments a year. That’s about $431 a month for Follow-Up, $756 for Stay Visible and $1,081 for Full Support. Website Care is the one exception: it’s $49 per month.

Yes. Buy either one on its own or add it to any plan. Missed-Call Text Back is $179 setup plus $39 per fortnight, and the AI Receptionist is $299 setup plus $129 per fortnight, with up to 100 minutes per fortnight included and 30c per extra minute after that.

Unless quoted: customer conversations, negotiations and pricing decisions (handed back to you), filming, extra Reels, new website pages or redesigns, chatbots and AI assistants, complex integrations or data clean-up, bookkeeping, debt collection and phone work, building or buying an email list, and guarantees about the number or rating of reviews. Anything beyond a plan’s allowance is quoted before we start.

Yes, with your permission. AI-assisted tools help with first drafts, formatting, research and repetitive steps, which keeps prices fair. A person oversees the work and checks everything before it is published or sent, and your information is only handled in tools used for your work.

It depends on the plan. For Stay Visible, short video clips from your phone. For Follow-Up, access to where your enquiries, quotes and invoices live, and your approval of the wording. Access is shared securely and only as far as the work requires.
